I'm Dave. I host Rust servers on hardware I own and manage the whole thing myself: setup, plugins, forced wipes, the late-night crashes. I love this game (and hate it, some wipe days) the same as you do. There's no ticket queue and nobody to pass you along to. If something on your server needs doing, I'm the one who does it.
Typical-host prices are public list prices for comparable 15 GB / 150-slot EU Rust hosting tiers across the major hosts (G-Portal, Host Havoc, Nitrado, Bisect, Pine Hosting). You're paying a small premium for everything in the right-hand column being included rather than DIY.
Pick monthly, quarterly or semi-annual billing, add any bolt-ons you fancy, and pay through Stripe.
I'll message you to confirm your server name, map size, wipe schedule and which plugins you want on day one.
I provision the server, install your admin tools and get everything configured. Usually done well inside 24 hours.
Your connection details land in the Members Area, your server appears in Rust's browser, and your players can join.
Already renting a server somewhere else? Keep it. I'll take over the running of it: plugin management, wipe handling, the Discord bot, 4-hourly backups, custom events and proc gen maps. Your hosting contract stays yours, the operational headache becomes mine.
My hardware lives in Falkenstein, Germany, which means great latency for European communities. NA dedicated servers are on the roadmap, and if you drop your email below you'll hear about them before anyone else does.
Don’t want to wait? Managed+ works anywhere in the world. Rent your own box from any NA host and I'll manage everything that runs on it: plugins, wipes, backups, the Discord bot, monitoring and crash recovery. You get the local ping, I do the work.
Ask pre-sales questions, get wipe announcements, or just hang out and talk Rust. Discord is the fastest way to reach me, and during support hours you'll usually hear back within minutes.

You already have a dedicated server or VPS and you're spending too much time on administration instead of growing your community.
You need a properly run server for your audience without becoming a server administrator yourself. Make your content; I'll keep the thing online.
You run an established Rust community and want consistent, professional-grade management without hiring someone or learning server administration yourself.

Give me SFTP and RCON access to your server. Nothing else changes on your end.
I configure the plugins, wipe schedule, Discord bot, backups and events, normally within 24 hours.
From there it's ongoing wipe management, plugin updates and support, handled quietly in the background while you get on with your community.
Rustinew isn't a company with a support team, a billing department and offshore staff. It's me, one person in the hills of Portugal, who's been playing and administering Rust servers for years. I started it because I was tired of watching good servers and good ideas get let down by impersonal, oversold hosting that leaves owners to figure everything out themselves.
I know what a well-run Rust server feels like, and I know most hosting companies don't. They sell you a slot, take your money, and answer the ticket three days after your server went down on Thursday wipe.
With Rustinew you get my direct attention. When something breaks I usually know before you do, because I'm the one watching it. When you want a plugin configured or a map seed previewed before launch, you message me and it gets done the same day.
I keep the customer count small on purpose, because fewer customers means more attention for each one. When the hardware's full I stop selling instead of overselling and watching performance slide.
If you want cheap and hands-off, there are plenty of options. If you want someone who gives a damn about your server running well, Rustinew is it.
I've been playing Rust since day one — and yes, I've got the frog boots to prove it. Back when wipes meant something different and the legacy maps still ran. I've sunk thousands of hours into it as a player and just as many as a host, running both PvP and PvE communities over the years.
But Rust isn't the only thing I host. I've run Minecraft, ARK, Conan Exiles, Valheim and a few others I've probably forgotten. Different communities, different rulesets, same core problem to solve: keep the server up, keep the plugins working, and keep the fun going for the players.
I'm a gaming enthusiast at heart who has been playing video games his entire life and hosting games since my teens, from early 2000’s browser based games like QSE, to the AAA games we all enjoy today. I want to see other people get the full experience from the games they love — not log in to find their server lagged and their plugins broken before wasting their evening server hopping — yet again. That's the whole reason Rustinew exists.
When I'm not running servers, I'm off-grid homesteading in the hills of Portugal — growing food, fixing things, living slow. Counterintuitive maybe, but it's exactly how I can give your server the attention it deserves: no commute, no office distractions, no boss pushing me to take on more clients than I should.
You won't find me building a hosting empire. That's kinda the point.
Rustinew may be new, but Dave isn’t. Here’s what people who Dave has hosted in the past have to say about his work, shared here with their permission.
Dave has been hosting and maintaining my game servers for years! When he said he was beginning this new project it made perfect sense from my perspective.
He doesn’t just provide top-of-the-line customer service, he knows his s**t, gets to work, and is a real human you can chat to about your server, your plans, and the games you’re currently playing.
Anyone who chooses to trust Dave with their server will never regret it!
I’ve worked with Dave on a couple of projects and he has been great to work with from day one. Support is fast, communication is clear, and he’s the kind of sick freak that seems to enjoy the challenge of unusual problems.
It always feels like you’re dealing with a friend — he genuinely wants your server to run properly and your community to succeed.
Dave hosts our current server and we just migrated to Rustinew and his new equipment. We were initially anxious about the move but the migration was seamless — players were left none the wiser and everything runs as it did before. Perfectly.
He maintains everything from game updates to plugin installation and maintenance, making sure everything continues to function. He’s ridiculously easy to contact too!
We’ll definitely be keeping our server with Rustinew.
